I am Teanne Sutherland, Founder and Owner of Elevate Condo Management Inc., a boutique condominium management company serving condominium corporations throughout Southwestern Ontario.

My career in condominium management began over a decade ago. Over the years, I’ve developed a deep understanding of the complexities of managing condominium communities. As a General Licensed Condominium Manager, a Registered Condominium Manager (RCM®), a condo owner, Board member and business owner, I understand this industry from multiple perspectives.

I understand the responsibilities of management, the decisions Boards must make, and the expectations of the communities they serve. This combination of experience allows me to approach challenges with a broader perspective, make informed recommendations, and build productive relationships grounded in mutual understanding and accountability.

Why I founded Elevate

I founded Elevate because I believe Boards deserve a more responsive, transparent, and proactive management experience. Too often, Boards find themselves chasing responses, questioning whether important matters are being addressed, or struggling to receive the level of service their communities need. I believe it should be different.

At Elevate, we prioritize proactive communication, responsible financial stewardship, operational efficiency, legislative compliance, and genuine accountability. We work alongside Boards to identify opportunities for cost savings, address maintenance priorities, navigate governance responsibilities, and make condominium management more manageable.

As an independent, owner-led company, Elevate offers a more personal approach. Your community is not simply another property on a portfolio. It’s a community with unique needs, financial priorities, and long-term goals that deserve individual attention.

We understand that switching property management companies can feel overwhelming. Boards worry about missing records, outstanding maintenance issues, financial information, vendor relationships, and disruption to residents.

Our goal is to make your transition to Elevate as seamless and organized as possible. We work with your Board and the outgoing management provider to coordinate the transfer of records, financial information, vendor contacts, outstanding matters, and essential operational details. With a structured transition plan and clear communication, we aim to minimize disruption, preserve continuity, and establish a strong foundation for the next chapter of your community’s management.
